How to delete your account

To delete your account on the “إستفادة” mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
2. Tap on the “الإعدادات” (Settings) option in the app’s menu.
3. Look for the “إعدادات الحساب” (Account Settings) section and tap on it.
4. Within the account settings, you will find an option labeled “حذف الحساب” (Delete Account). Tap on it.

If you are unable to access the app and want to request account deletion, follow these steps:

1. Open your preferred email client or application.
2. Compose a new email.
3. Address the email to [email protected].
4. In the body of the email, provide your email address associated with your account and any additional account data that may be required for verification purposes.
5. Clearly state your request for account deletion.
6. Send the email.

Please note that when your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed, and this action cannot be undone. Make sure you have backed up any important information before proceeding with the account deletion.
